Hurricane Sandy could end up being the biggest storm in the last 30 years along the east coast. It definitely has made its presence known. The New York City subway system was closed for business and the water has risen several feet. On the coast of North Carolina, the Outer Banks, still recovering from the effects of Hurricane Irene, is now forced to rebuild once again. When a natural disaster hits I am reminded of 3 important lessons.
