You can only do so much planning, praying and prep work for a project before you just have to bite the bullet and get started. At some point you'll need to take the step of faith and trust God.
I have a friend that takes "analysis paralysis" to a new level. If he wouldn't have someone pushing him to do his job he probably would never finish a project. He's very analytical but seems almost afraid to "just do it"! Getting and being prepared are good things but at some point you need to start.
A few years ago I installed a 3/4 inch maple hardwood floor in my 16 x 30 foot kitchen... by myself! Installing a "real" hardwood floor is hard work. I remember thinking... why did I ever start this? Getting started is half the battle.
I had never installed a "real" hardwood floor before but I did my homework and made up my mind to do it. Once I got started I knew I couldn't quit. The end result has been years of enjoying a very nice kitchen space and a great feeling of knowing I did that!
Whether it's getting started paying down your debt, or starting a new company, do your homework, have faith and trust that God will be with you on your journey. Your journey won't be perfect and so that is life but it's much better when you take that first step.
