Some Detox Will Do You Good

Simple advice to keep you fresh: take a break. 

Get up.  Go outside for a walk.  Go play a game.  Turn your computer off.  Turn your cell phone off.  If you still have a pager then throw that thing in the trash.  🙂 

Play with your kids.  Forget about work.  Unplug and detox.  If not for a day then do it for a couple of hours.
